Happy Easter!
This is my tenth week of dieting and I've made quite a bit of progress. I saved my free day this week to Sunday so I can enjoy Easter dinner with my family without having to worry about calories. So, ham, potatoes and chocolate easter bunnies all around!
I appear to be on track for my 3 month goals. At that point I will be switching to weight training or lowering my diet goals.
